Ensure your group certificate is correct!
The ATO is already warning of employers incorrectly including compulsory super amounts as 'reportable employer super contributions' on employee group certificates.
Reportable employer super contributions should only include additional contributions made by an employer, such as salary sacrifice payments. It should not include superannuation guarantee (9%) contributions nor industrial agreement (award) super contributions.
